Born in 2020, this completely new processing formula utilizes the leaf of the coffee plant in fermentation to create a signature citric and juicy taste more reminiscent of sake and Sancerre wine than of any traditional coffee taste.
YUZO is an amazing and unique Gesha from Ninety Plus Gesha Estates. It gives you Yuzu lemon, Vanilla pods, and the most unique Sake ( Japanese rice wine) flavour. Due to the very high density of the bean itself, we suggest using higher temperature, extra fine grinds and slow brewing time to achieve the extraction rate to result in an amazing coffee.
